- Fragrances (Perfume, Attar, etc) are non-returnable or exchangeable products.
- We do not accept any return, exchange, or cancellation requests once the order is placed.
- For Failed Online Transactions, Refunds are automatically processed to the source account and might take up to 7 working days ( Totally depending on banks )
- Customers have to pay the shipping charges in the following cases
- If any information like mob no., address, pin code or any other required details which are essential to delivering the product by a courier company is not provided by a customer or insufficient information was provided due to which parcel gets returned to us. In that case, customers will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges for the shipment
- If the customer is not available to receive the parcel or they cancel the order at the time of delivery, in that case, the customer will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges.
- Replacement will only be accepted if the products received are damaged/ defective.
- Replacement product will be provided within 3-5 working days
Note:-Damage/Defective reports are to be made within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel.
