1. Fragrances  (Perfume, Attar, etc) are non-returnable or exchangeable products.
  2. We do not accept any return, exchange, or cancellation requests once the order is placed.
  3. For Failed Online Transactions,  Refunds are automatically processed to the source account and might take up to 7 working days ( Totally depending on banks )
  4. Customers have to pay the shipping charges in the following cases

  1. If any information like mob no., address, pin code or any other required details which are essential to delivering the product by a courier company is not provided by a customer or insufficient information was provided due to which parcel gets returned to us. In that case, customers will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges for the shipment
  2. If the customer is not available to receive the parcel or they cancel the order at the time of delivery, in that case, the customer will be liable to pay forward & backward shipping charges.

  • Replacement will only be accepted if the products received are damaged/ defective.
  • Replacement product will be provided within 3-5 working days

Note:-Damage/Defective reports are to be made within 48 hrs of receiving the parcel.
